What this site collects
Contact details and limited source attribution.
The site collects information you submit through the contact form: name, email address, company, inquiry type, message, and any optional priority prompts. It also records the source page, first landing path, external referring origin, and standard UTM values when they are present in the URL. Query strings and URL fragments are excluded from stored landing and referrer fields; same-site referrers may include a path.
First-touch source fields are held in this browser tab’s session storage so they survive navigation before a form is submitted. The record expires with the browser session and is not sent to the server unless the visitor submits a form.
There are no analytics scripts, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or fingerprinting libraries. The server receives connection data as part of normal delivery. For paul-okhrem.com, the application uses a one-way, process-local hash of the connection address for short-lived abuse prevention. Its dedicated operational log retains the timestamp, request method, host and path, response status, user agent, and referring URL so availability, crawler activity, and referral paths can be measured. Before writing, the logger deletes remote and client addresses, connection ports, and forwarded-IP headers, and replaces query strings in request and referrer URLs with a redacted marker. The file is restricted to its service account, rolls daily or at 20 MiB, retains no more than 10 rolled files, and expires rolled files after 30 days.
How submissions are used
To reply to your inquiry. Nothing else.
A valid submission is committed to a private, access-restricted lead outbox before the browser receives a success response. A notification containing the submitted fields is then sent to Paul Okhrem through Telegram. If notification delivery fails, the stored record is retried; if the site cannot store the record safely, the browser offers a direct email fallback instead of showing a false success.
Submissions are used to assess and reply to the inquiry and conduct any subsequent engagement correspondence. You are not added to a marketing list. Delivered outbox records are deleted after 30 days by default. A pending record is retained until delivery so an inquiry is not silently lost. If an inquiry becomes an engagement, relevant correspondence may become part of the engagement record.
Your rights
GDPR principles, applied universally.
EU residents have specific rights under the General Data Protection Regulation: access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. This site applies these principles to all visitors regardless of location. To exercise any right, including a request to delete your contact submission and any subsequent correspondence from the email archive, write to paul@paul-okhrem.com with the subject line Privacy Request. Requests are handled within 14 business days.

Telegram processes the notification copy of a submitted inquiry so it can reach Paul Okhrem. Telegram’s privacy policy is published at telegram.org/privacy. Direct fallback and subsequent correspondence use standard professional email infrastructure.
The site and private lead outbox run on hosting infrastructure administered for this site. Infrastructure providers may process connection and storage data as part of normal hosting, security, and backup operations. Access to the lead store is restricted to operations staff with a delivery or security need.
The site does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Segment, or any similar analytics or tracking service.
